The day starts with a visit to the souk where you will purchase ingredients required for the preparation of your lunch, then you'll greet Nezha in there home.
Then begin preparing a starter, main course, dessert and the fresh Souk's produces of you choice, Nezha will explain to you how to blend spices to make up the flavours, how to make preserved lemons etc. ...
Baking bread in the traditional oven of the village brighten the morning.
Finally tasting your dishes will also traditional manner, with hands and bread (of course cutlery available for those who wish).
The day will conclude with a visit to the village on the Ourika road (a few kilometres from Marrakech).
